Register Access to Fill 29th Spritzer Cup (15 & Under) Youth Basketball Championship 2024

🔴 STEPS

1. Fill google form ( Click HERE ) to register email.

2. Organizer will email Google Sheet form link via email.

3. Find Google Sheet form link in your registered email. (If not found, please check in spam/junk mail).

4. Click the Google Sheet link to fill online.

5. Insert player photo (Single colour background photo only): 

🖥 Computer: Click Insert > Image > Image in cell to fit in the image column.

📱 Phone: Click + > Image > Image in cell to fit in the image column.

6. Google sheet form edit access will disable after the registration date line.

7. If PIC in-charge more than a team, please repeat to fill Google Form for other team.

🔴 PRINT / SAVE PDF

1. Click File > Print > Print "Workbook" > Paper Size "A4" > Portrait > Scale "Fit to page"

2. Click "Next"

3. Choose Printer to print / Save as PDF.
